Kleverhof is a climate-neutral seed company that maintains a small nature reserve and combines innovative breeding with organic farming in relation to nature. Located in the far north of Germany, Kleverhof has been in existence since 1876. In 1925, Kleverhof only grew Lily of the Valley, which was their first crop exported to the USA (New York) where the flower found its way into the hearts of Americans.
In 2008, the company began specializing in organically certified tomatoes and earned the prestigious Demeter certification within two years. Their in-house breeding program introduced the internationally renowned Kleverhof: Fairytale Tomato Series in 2020. Kleverhof has one of the most extensive collections of organic tomato seed varieties in Europe.
