Cultive ta rue is a non-profit organization created in 2014 by Pascal Antigny. It aims to promote biodiversity and cultivation, especially of tomatoes, to all audiences. The management and conservation team, which handles more than 4000 varieties, is composed of Aicha Bouakline, Bruno Huyghe, Benjamin Oget, and Philippe Rommens. Each year, more than 1500 varieties are cultivated in order to offer seeds for sale, which supports the function of the association as well as the research and safeguarding of rare, little-known varieties. Each year, the association funds an international humanitarian project in addition to local actions.
