About Zolotoye Lukoshko (Золотое Лукошко)

‘Zolotoye Lukoshko’ is a Russian commercial variety, introduced by ‘Sibirskiy Sad’ seed company. Extremely ribbed, flattened large (7-12oz./200-350g) bright yellow fruits on semi-determinate (90-150 cm tall), regular leaf plant. Very thick flesh with few seeds and sometimes empty hollows, which makes them great for stuffing. Excellent sauce maker and perfect for garnish. Midseason, about 78 days to maturity.
