About Zogola
Heirloom beefsteak from Poland. Carolyn Male obtained this variety from Joe Bratka of New Jersey and introduced the variety to SSE in 1993. Indeterminate, regular leaf produces luscious 10-18 oz., crimson-red tomatoes borne from abundant clusters. Tomatoes reaching 4-inches across, are slightly flattened with mild fluting at the shoulders. Very juicy with a well-balanced, complex, sweet flavors with earthy nuances.
