About Zapotec Brown Flesh
‘Zapotec Brown Flesh’ is a very old tomato variety that originated in Oaxaca Valley, Mexico. Fruits are 5-9oz./150-250 g, strongly flattened and ribbed, rich brownish chocolate-colored, sometimes with greenish shoulders. Meaty yet juicy, dense flesh with sweet, good flavor and nice tomato aroma. Very good producer. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants. Midseason, about 80 days to maturity.
