About Zapotec Ananas Ribbed

‘Zapotec Ananas Ribbed’ is a natural bee cross between ‘Zapotec Pink Ribbed’ and ‘Pineapple’. This beautiful and unique tomato was found by Jean Pierre Tejero from Bordeaux, France. Outstanding, large (5-11oz./150-300g), bi-colored, and strongly ribbed fruits are variable in shapes – pear/sack-shaped, sometimes slightly flattened. Very good, sweet, and fruity tomato flavors and fair yield. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants. Midseason, about 80 days to maturity.
