Originally from Ethiopia. Seed were obtained by Carolyn Male of Latham, NY from her student Tadessee Wuhib of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, who got it from a local farmers market in Ethiopia. First offered in the Seed Savers 1994 Yearbook by Carolyn Male. Bushy, compact, indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces very high yields of 2-4 oz., red, plum-shaped tomatoes that are firm, meaty with dry flesh and abundant sweet flavors. A good choice for canning or making into sauce or salsa.
