This wonderful variety is a great all purpose tomato. Originally bred by J.C. Walker of the Univ. of Wisconsin in the 1940’s. Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces large amounts of 4-8 oz, red, round fruit, uniform size, tomatoes with strong skin and wonderful flavor. Ideal for cooking, canning, salads and shipping. A great choice for growing in cooler growing areas. A favorite as a market tomato.
