‘Vzryv’ is a Russian commercial variety, created by Kozak Vladimir Ivanovich. It was included in the Russian State Register in 2007. This is said to be an improved Belyi Naliv. The original seed is from Marina Danilenko, Russia.
First offered in the Seed Savers 1996 Yearbook by Seed Savers Heritage Farm, Decorah, Iowa. Introduced commercially by Tatiana’s TOMATObase Seeds in 2016. Early, determinate, regular leaf plant produces 4-9 oz., red, juicy tomatoes with excellent flavors with good acidity. Good choice for a canning tomato.
