Stabilized accidental cross between Cherokee Purple and Pruden’s Purple that appeared in the garden of Joe Fisher of Winterport, Maine in 1998. Said to be named for the enigmatic alien race of the T.V. program ‘Babylon 5’. Indeterminate, potato leaf plant that produces a stunning medium-sized, purple-black tomato with a rich dark flesh full of the rich, smoky, earthy flavors that make dark varieties a popular favorite.
