About Uptown Funk
‘Uptown Funk’ was developed by Blane Horton of Jackson, Mississippi, USA and Maf Bailey. This is a selection that came out of the ‘Mason Dixon Project’, with lineage including: ‘Indigo Rose’, ‘Pink Berkeley Tie Dye’ and ‘Malachite Box’ (Malakhitovaya Shkatulka). Indeterminate plants with regular and antho leaf foliage and very good yield of small to medium-sized, round and oblate brown, green striped fruit with antho on the shoulders. Brick red flesh with very good tomato flavor. Mid-season, about 75 days to maturity.
