Seeds sent to Gary Ibsen, of TomatoFest, from Owen Lambert in West Virginia. According to Owen, a fellow from Wood County developed this variety years ago and his uncle who gave some tomatoes to a friend, who gave Owen 1 tomato for harvesting seed. “The tomato was 9-inches across.” Indeterminate, regular leaf plant regularly produce tomatoes large, 4-5 inches, 1-2 lbs., red, round tomatoes with lots of juice and lots of flavor.
