About Téton de Vénus (Teton de Venus)
‘Téton de Vénus’ is an indeterminate, regular and wispy leaf plant that produces an outstanding yield of medium to large (4-7oz./100-200g), red heart-shaped tomatoes with distinctive pointy ends. Meaty, delicate flesh with very few seeds. Good, sweet tomato flavors. Perfect for cooking and canning, great sauce maker. Midseason, about 78 days to maturity.
Although the French name, according to ‘Vent Marin’ this variety is originated in Italy. Some seed vendors and tomato databases listed ‘Téton de Vénus’ as of French origin.
