About Superbec
Canadian variety from Quebec, developed as a juicing tomato by Roger Doucet of Quebec, Canada, introduced in 1976. First offered in the Seed Savers 1993 Yearbook by Jim Terner of Prairie Grown Garden Seeds, Cochin, Sasketchewan, Canada, who got seeds from Raymond Tratt, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Determinate, regular leaf plants produce 5-7 oz., smooth, red, round and oblate, meaty and juicy fruits with delicious full tomato flavors. Early maturity.
