About Slankard’s

‘Slankard‘s’ was first offered in 1996 Seed Savers Yearbook by Michael Byrne of Lawton, Michigan, USA. It is a large (14-32oz./400-900g), pink, heart-shaped tomato with an old-fashioned, sweet, and complex tomato aroma. Vigorous, regular leaf plants produce an abundant yield of pink hearts with meaty flesh and very few seeds. Midseason, about 80 days from transplant. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants.
