‘Sibirskiye Lapti’ is a Russian commercial variety from Siberia. Large (12-21oz./350-600g and more), pink beefsteaks with good balanced sweet and sour taste, very meaty and juicy flesh. Semi-determinate (up to about 1.7 m high), regular leaf plants are very prolific and well suited to grow in short season regions or in cooler summers. Mid to late season, about 80-85 days to maturity.
