About Sibirskiy Khottabych (Сибирский Хоттабыч)
‘Sibirskiy Khottabych’ is a very unique, elongated pear-shaped deep pink-colored tomato that originated in Altai, Siberia, Russia. Very prolific indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce an outstanding yield of medium (4-5oz./100-150g) fruits with dense, meaty flesh and very few seeds. Good, low acid tomato, great for cooking, drying, or whole fruit preservation. Midseason, about 78 days to maturity.
