About Shia Kuan
First offered in the Seed Savers 2000 Yearbook by Donald C. Kellums of Port Byron, IL, who received the seed from Calvin E. Wait of Ethel, Missouri in 1995. Introduced commercially by Tatiana’s TOMATObase Seeds in 2016. A rare and endangered variety. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce 4-7 oz., red, juicy, round tomatoes with little to no cracking and lots of big, old-fashioned, flavors.
