About Scarlet Starfire

A breeding breakthrough By Lee Goodwin of J&L Gardens Seeds. Starfire is a large cherry tomato with striking fiery lines radiating from the blossom end. The markings are more intense in cooler weather. The crunchy flesh is quite sweet later in the season, and the sturdy skin means the fruit holds up amazingly well. The plant is a husky tree-type with thick foliage and strong roots. It reaches about 4-5 feet by the end of the season and is indeterminate, so you will harvest lots of these beauties in rich flushes throughout the season.
