About Saucey
Bred by Dr. Jim Baggett at Oregon State University. Saucey is early producing and out-yields other varieties in its class. Tomatoes ripen heavily in concentrated 5-10 fruit clusters. The blunt, plum-shaped tomatoes are very smooth. They will hold well on the determinate plants, permitting one large harvest for intense sauce or salsa making. Mature fruit can be easily shaken from the plants. Great tomato sauce flavor.
