About Santiam
Santiam was released by Oregon State University to be an early setting tomato under cool temperatures. Gardeners who grow Santiam for the first time are surprised by its earliness and size. Smaller, but maturing a full week ahead of its sister, Oregon Spring. Determinate, regular leaf plant produces 2-3″ fruits that are beautifully round and red with a nice tart flavor. Excellent for salads and fresh eating.
