About Santa Ana Beuteltomate
Santa Ana Beuteltomate AKA Santa Ana. First offered in the Seed Savers 2007 Yearbook by Michael Gunn of Pasadena, TX, who got the seeds from M. Hahm-Hartmann, Germany. Introduced commercially in North America by Tatiana’s TOMATObase Seeds in 2014. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce good yields of 2-4 oz., dark-pink, pear-shaped, slightly ruffled tomatoes with very good array of bold tomatoey flavors. A very good stuffing tomato due to being almost semi-hollow and because the seeds and middle of the fruit can be easily removed.
