About Sailor’s Luck
‘Sailor’s Luck’ is a variety developed by Jason Haynes, from the cross made between ‘Vintage Wine’ tomato and ‘Black Ethiopian’. Strong, vigorous, indeterminate plants with potato leaf foliage. Good production from the middle of the season. Small (3-4 oz.), irregular plum shaped fruit, sometimes with pointy end. Beautifully colored outside – metalic green stripes on purple skin. Purple/black, juicy and very tasty flesh. Midseason, about 75 days to maturity.
