Originated from Afghanistan. Seeds collected in Afghanistan and donated to USDA in 1937. Compact, determinate, regular leaf plants yield 2-3 oz., small, flattened fruits with ruffled shoulders, bright yellow in color, a bi-color with some, with a bit of pinkish blush in the middle when sliced. Good sweet flavors with acidic tones.
