‘Rosado De La Sierra Aracena’ is a very productive heirloom tomato from Andalusia, Spain.
Indeterminate tomato plants with regular leaf foliage bearing large to extra-large (14-32oz./400-900g or more) pink, thin-skinned, strongly flattened beefsteaks with wavy shoulders and excellent flavor. Great for fresh eating, perfect slicer, or as a base for delicious summer salads, but also an outstanding juice maker. Vigorous and disease-resistant plants start to produce in mid-season, about 78-83 days from transplant.
