About Roja Negra De Lucas

‘Roja Negra De Lucas’ is a very beautiful, large (7-14 oz./200-400g), dark-fruited beefsteak tomato variety from Spain. Indeterminate, regular leaf vines are loaded with a good yield of brown with dark green shoulders tomatoes, that have meaty, purple flesh and very few seeds. Very good, well-balanced, rich, and smoky flavors and outstanding aroma. Mid- to late season, about 80-85 days after transplant.
