About Red Belly

Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces huge (18-32oz./500-900g), yellow bi-colored beefsteaks with red blush on the bottom end, and beautiful marbling (hence the name of this variety). Rich, complex, sweet, and fruity flavors. Late, about 85 days to maturity.
