About Quapaw Green

‘Quapaw Green’ is a green when ripe tomato variety from Dan and Val Murray’s collection. Beautiful, big (9-15 oz.), round and oblate beefsteaks get amber and sometimes pink blush on the bottom end when fully ripe. The buttery, meaty, and juicy flesh is creamy-green, but some fruit can also have a pink marbling inside. Outstanding, sweet flavor with acidic notes, refreshing and aromatic. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants very good yield. Midseason, about 80 days to maturity.
