Précocibec, AKA Doucet’s Quebec Early Market. Bred by Roger Doucet who was in charge of the tomato breeding program at Station Provinciale de Recherches Agricole, St. Hyacinthe, Quebec in the 1960s and 1970s. Released in 1974. Determinate, regular leaf plant produces very early, heavy yields of medium-sized, delicious, red fruits. Tolerant of cool spring nights. A good all-purpose and canning tomato.
