About Polish Pastel
‘Polish Pastel’ is a beautiful variety developed by John Smarsz of Woden Act, Australia and first offered in the Seed Savers 2003 Yearbook by Neil Lockhart of Oblong, Illinois. Indeterminate, regular leaf and very prolific plants produce very unusual, middle sized (4-6 oz), plum and pear-shaped bicolored fruit – orange/yellow with pink marbling inside and outside. Very good flavor, sweet with a nice, fruity tones. About 80 days from transplant.
