Developed by Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms. First offered in the Seed Savers 2013 Yearbook by Bill Minkey of Darien, Wisconsin. Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces 10-16 oz., pale, creamy-yellow beefsteak with faint green striping and a faint rose blush. Flavor is sweet and with very low acid.
