Pederson’s Beefsteak

First offered in the Seed Savers 2010 Yearbook by Neil Lockhart of Oblong, Illinois, who got the seeds from Donald C. Kellums of Port Byron, Illinois in 2009. Don Kellums obtained the seed from Chuck Wyatt of Baltimore, Maryland. Introduced commercially by Tatiana’s TOMATObase Seeds in 2016. Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces 10-20 oz., very large, orange beefsteak tomatoes with smooth shoulders. Delicious sweet flavors.
