Heirloom from Canada. The original seed was from Oscar Gonthier of Drummondville, Quebec, Canada. First offered in the Seed Savers 2000 Yearbook by Neil Lockhart of Oblong, Illinois, who got the seeds from Garrett H. Pittenger of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Introduced commercially by Tatiana’s TOMATObase Seeds in 2015. Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces 9-12 oz., large, red, beefsteak tomatoes with very good flavor that is more acidic than sweet. Some fruits are shaped like blunt hearts.
