About Oregon 11
Oregon 11, AKA Oregon Eleven. Bred and introduced by Dr. James R. Baggett of Oregon State University in 1982. Also seen listed as “Oregon Eleven,” A valuable variety to gardeners in very cool areas or who experience a short growing season. Determinate, regular leaf plant produces heavy crop of early, 2″, red, globe-shaped fruits that are nicely flavored. Upwards of 75% of the crop is seedless (parthenocarpic).
