Indeterminate, potato leaf plant yielding large (11-16oz./300-450g), deep pink, slightly ribbed beefsteaks. The fruit’s flesh is meaty and almost seedless with a sweet, succulent, and vibrant flavor. An outstanding variety for making fresh juice and adding to summer salads. Midseason, 70-80 days to maturity.
