About Old Yellow Candy Stripe
First introduced commercially by Sand Hill Preservation Center in the mid-90s. Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces 6-12 oz., slightly flattened pale yellow fruits with distinct red striping at blossom end, almost in a starburst design. The fruits are smooth, usually free from blemishes. Excellent sweet flavor, nice and juicy, great for salads.
