About Novichok (Новичок)
‘Novichok’ is a Russian commercial variety, bred by Shefatov Vladimir Anatolievich. It was included in the Russian State Register in 1986.
Determinate, regular leaf plants produce a high yield of small (2-3oz./60-90g), red, oval fruits that have a sweet tomato taste with a slightly tangy aftertaste. Excellent for paste, sauces, cooking, or canning. Midseason, about 75 days to maturity.
