About Negrillo de Almoguera
‘Negrillo De Almoguera’ is a large (9-14oz./250-400g), dark brown tomato that originated in La Mancha, Spain. The researchers from the University of LaMancha saved this beautiful and tasty tomato variety from being lost. Dark purple-colored beefsteaks with green shoulders are slightly flattened and ribbed on the shoulders. Meaty, well-balanced, sweet taste, and good tomato aroma. Indeterminate, regular leaf and very prolific plants with good disease resistance. Late, about 85 days to maturity.
