About Nairobi Nights

‘Nairobi Nights’ was first introduced commercially in North America by Curtis Jackson of Renaissancefarms, who received its seed from his African friend. Large (7-11oz./200-300g), dark purple beefsteak tomato with dark green shoulders and very meaty, purple-reddish flesh. Sweet and rich tomato flavors and smoky aroma make this variety an excellent choice for fresh eating. Indeterminate, regular leaf plant with good yield. Midseason, about 78 days to maturity.
