About Multi-Color
‘Multi-Color’ was first offered in the Seed Savers 1993 Yearbook by Diane Schneider of Wyoming, Minnesota.
Indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce a high yield of large (7-16oz./200-450g), yellow to orange colored tomatoes with red marbling outside and inside. Excellent beefsteaks with meaty yet juicy flesh, small seed cavities, and very few seeds. Intense, sweet, and fruity flavors. Perfect slicer, great for fresh eating. Good producer, late, about 90 days after transplant.
