About Moya Jaune
‘Moya Jaune’ is a beautiful, beefsteak type tomato, bred by Eric Pedebas of France, from a cross made in 2008 between ‘Moya’ and ‘Paul Robeson’. It is a pale yellow fruited sister variety of ‘Moya Noire’ and ‘Moya Verte’. Large, 11-22 oz. fruit are round and oblate, with slightly ribbed shoulders. Very meaty, juicy flesh with sweet and mild flavor. Robust, vigorous, indeterminate plants with regular leaf foliage. Very prolific. Midseason, first ripe fruit can be harvested about 80 days from transplant.

Very mild with extremely low acid.
Really subtle flavor with the smoothest flesh texture I've ever had.
