About Mountain Fresh Plus, F1 Hybrid

Developed by Dr. Randy Gardner at North Carolina State University. Reportedly, the most widely grown market tomato in the East and Midwest of America. Determinate, regular leaf vigorous, leafy, plant produces 8-16 oz., large, scarlet-red, oblate tomatoes with good flavors. High resistance to verticillium wilt, fusarium wilt races 1, 2, and nematodes. This popular variety is able to tolerate cool and wet conditions.
