About Mlle Foriers
‘Mlle Foriers’ tomato was developed by Pascal Antigny in cooperation with Bruno Fournier of France from the cross made between ‘Pink Berkeley Tie-Dye’ and ‘Indigo Rose’. This beautiful tomato was presented for the first time in Brussels during the Tomato Festival organized by ‘Ferme Nos Pilifs’ on the last weekend of August 2017. The name of this variety comes from the symbolic couple of the Brussels Tomato Festival, Valerie-Anne Forier and Boris Moreau.
Indetermiante, regular leaf plants grows up to about 1.60 meter tall and produce huge yield of medium to large (up to about 300 g), round and slightly flattened, deep pink fruits with smooth shoulders and anthocyanic splash on the sun exposed part. Firm, juicy and sweet flesh with very few seeds. Very good after shelf life without losing quality. Midseason, about 75 days to maturity.
