‘Minusinskiye Yablochnyye, Rozovyye’ is a Russian heirloom from Minusinsk (the city located on the Yenisei River in Krasnoyarsk Kray, in the Siberian Federal District in Russia). Beautiful, large (11-21oz./300-600g. or more), pink, beefsteaks, slightly flattened and ribbed on the shoulders. Meaty flesh, few seeds, very good, well-balanced tomato taste, and strong, old-fashioned aroma. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants. Good yield. Midseason, 75 – 80 days after transplant.
