About Minnie’s Pinstripe (Minnie’s Pin Stripe)

‘Minnie’s Pinstripe’ is a large (12-18oz./350-500g., some can reach about 32oz./900g.) bi-colored beefsteak tomato. Beautiful yellow and orange-colored fruit have red marbled flesh with very few seeds. Indeterminate, strong, regular leaf plants are very prolific. Seed originally came from an older lady in Bowling Green KY who has been growing it for years. Juicy flesh with good, mild tomato taste with some fruity and tangy undertone. Mid- to late season, about 80-85 days to maturity.
