About Miledi (Миледи)
‘Miledi’ is an early to midseason paste-type tomato that originated in Ukraine*. First introduced commercially by ‘Sedek’ seed company. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce small (4oz./110g), red, elongated, plum-shaped fruits with dense and meaty flesh. Very sweet tomato taste. Excellent for paste, cooking, or canning. Early to midseason.
*There is also a Russian commercial hybrid variety under the same name (included in the ‘Russian State Register’ in 1996 and introduced commercially by ‘Gavrish’ seed company).
