About Mazarini (Мазарини)
‘Mazarini’ is a Russian commercial variety, created by Nastenko Natalia Viktorovna, Kachainik Vladimir Georgievich, Gulkin Mikhail Nikolaevich. It was included in the Russian State Register in 2013. Introduced to North American by Andrey Baranovski, Minsk, Belarus in 2005. First introduced to SSE by Neil Lockhart in 2007.
Indeterminate, regular leaf plants with wispy foliage produce heavy fruit sets of medium-large heart-shaped, pink fruits with exceptional, very sweet flavors. Meaty flesh, small seed cavities, and very few seeds.
