‘Max’s Large Green’ is green when ripe heirloom tomato variety that originated in Hardin County, Kentucky, USA. First introduced to SSE by Neil Lockhart of Oblong, Illinois in 2007.
Indeterminate, regular leaf plants loaded with amber green, oblate, medium-sized (7oz./200g) fruits. More sour than sweet, rich and complex tomato tastes and juicy yet meaty flesh. Late, about 85-90 days to maturity.
