About Matina

Matina is a very early German heirloom tomato. Great for cool summer nights (like in the Pacific Northwest). Vigorous, indeterminate potato leaf plants that yield MANY CLUSTERS of 4-6 oz., red, round fruits with big, pronounced, sweet with slightly acidic flavors. The plant’s heavier leaf canopy protects from sunscald. Good disease resistance. A fine all purpose, slightly tart tomato. Great for canning, salads, snacking, sauce and salsa.
