About Marmande Verte
‘Marmande Verte’ is a green when ripe variety that comes from France, most likely it is a mutation of a well-known ‘Marmande’ tomato, which instead of red fruit, gives beautiful, green beefsteaks. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants provide medium to large fruit with a very good, sweet, and mild taste. Fleshy, juicy, and full of aroma. Midseason, about 80 days from transplant.
